NITRO CHROMOLY 30/30 CV AXLE KITS & 4.63 Ring & Pinions- Now available for Nissan Patrol GU & GQ

 Nissan Patrol & Safari are well known for their strength & reliability all over the world.  Out of the box they feature some pretty great drivetrain, but they do have their limits.   The H233B front differentials are massive, but the factory axles and CV joints are the week link, and are not built to withstand the added stress of larger tires and heavy off road use. Additionally, the OEM joints are 27 spline where the inner axle connects to the joint creating a weak Neck-Down.  Nitro Gear & Axle has addressed this by increasing this to 30 spline by offering a range of Heavy Duty Chromoly Birfield Joints & Axle Shafts.

PREMIUM QUALITY RING & PINIONS FOR CHRYSLER 8.25” REAR 3.73 4.10 & 4.56

Nitro Gear & Axle strives to develop new applications & ratios, as well as improve upon existing applications.  The Chrysler 8.25” rear axle has been widely used for several decades in numerous applications from old Mopar passenger cars, to Jeep XJ, and many more.  In recent times it has become apparent that many competitors’ aftermarket gears are not of suitable quality or fitment for some of the newer applications.  The 8.25” rear is commonly used in late model SUV’s like the Jeep Liberty, Dodge Nitro, & Jeep Grand Cherokee WK.  Nitro is now offering premium quality Ring & Pinions in 3.73, 4.10, 4.56 and 4.88.  The 3.73 4.10 & 4.56 are double drilled to accommodate the SAE bolts on older models, as well as metric ring gear bolts used on late model applications. It should also be noted that Nitro is the first to offer an aftermarket 3.73 Ring & Pinion this application.  The high cost of OEM Ring & Pinions, make the new Nitro premium ring & pinion an excellent choice.  Computer controlled machining, heat treating and lapping processes ensure a strong, quieter running and installer-friendly Ring & Pinion.

TOYOTA 8” REVERSE HI-PINION RING & PINIONS – MORE RATIOS, BIGGER PINION SPLINE! P/N SUPERCEDED

Nitro Gear & Axle strives to develop new applications, and improve existing applications.     Nitro now offers the industry's first aftermarket Ring & Pinions to suit the Toyota 8” Front high pinion diffs featuring a 29 spline pinion.  Toyota applications are a specialty of Nitro, and we feel bigger is better so we are staying current with the latest, greatest 29 spline. The new Nitro 29 spline pinion is a direct fit on the 03+ Toyota 8” Reverse solid front axle, or 100 series IFS front axle.  Older models can still take advantage of the upgrade by purchasing the fit kit that includes a new matching pinion flange, nut, & seal.  It should also be noted that Nitro now offers 4.10 & 4.30 Ratios, previously these have been very scarce in the aftermarket, and OEM are very expensive.  At Nitro we understand that you depend on your Toyota, and due to our stringent testing and state of the art manufacturing process, you can depend on our latest application.  Computer controlled machining, heat treating and lapping processes ensure a strong, quiet running and installer-friendly Ring & Pinion.

Nitro Gear & Axle now offers the industry's first 3.23 ratio Aftermarket Ring & Pinions to suit the classic Mopar Chrysler's 8.75" “742” case.  

C8.42-323-NGThe Mopar 8.75" differential is a very popular and and robust 3rd member type rearend used in a vast array of Chrysler, Dodge & Plymouth Muscle Cars form the 60’s & 70’s.  The growing popularity of classic Mopar vehicles has created a need for more gear ratio options.  Nitro Gear is now offering 3.23 Ratio Ring & Pinion sets for the 8.75” 3rd members with the “742” casting. The new 3.23 Ratio is well suited for muscle car owners that want to “drive” their cars on the highway while still retaining good low-end performance.  Until now, the tallest ratio readily available was 3.55 which many find to be less than suitable for highway use than Nitro’s new 3.23 ratio.
